These systems are either an independent systems or combination of multiple systems. Assembly lines are an example of integration of multiple sub systems.

Factors like the type of product to be conveyed, its orientation, weight, dimensions, cycle time, distance, working atmosphere & temperature are taken into consideration while designing these systems.

• As light as feathers to the products as heavy as 10 Tons.
• Temperature as high as 1000⁰
• Cycle time as low as 1.5 Seconds.
• 750 products/ min.
• Having dimensions as low as 30 mm to as high as 6000 mm.
