  • Ensuring timely arrival of material for manufacturing
  • Ensure material is sourced as per agreed quality parameters
  • Coordinating with manufacturing team for commencing production
  • Ensuring the manufacturing schedule is adhered and support in case of any bottlenecks
  • Ensuring internal & external TPA/ customer inspections are conducted as per agreed contractual terms
  • Ensuring clearance & approval from TPA/ Customer for dispatch
  • Ensuring timely delivery
  • Final documentation, as built drawings, O & Manual submission to client
  • Ensuring stage wise invoicing for payment milestone & ensuring payment receipt
    Commercial settlement with client in case of scope enhancement
  • Conducting Weekly, fortnightly & monthly review meetings & reporting the same
  • Coordinating with internal & client’s team for installation & commissioning
  • Ensuring smooth commissioning & handover to client for further usage
